We understand we cannot move in any additional people that were not disclosed on the application. Out-of-town visitors are limited to a week. We understand the house is on septic. The septic has been inspected and pumped on March 14, 2018. We agree not to flush any commercially made items down the toilet except toilet paper. This includes but is not limited to, female products like tampons and sanitary napkins, condoms, "flushable" wipes, etc. We understand that while the sink has a garbage disposal, we are required to keep the Garbage Disposal Strainer in place so no large food items or broken dishes are sent into the disposal. The HVAC system has a bi-yearly maintenance agreement. We understand that we are to call Central Heating and Air to schedule a bi-yearly service at our convenience around March/April and again in Oct/Nov. Landlords will pay for all repairs and fees associated with the check-ups. We also agree to change the air filter 4 times a year. (If you provide Central with a filter, they will do two of them for you at the bi-yearly checkups). We agree to maintain the yard which includes mowing the grass and keeping the bushes trimmed off the house.
