The dock has a lower platform for getting in and out of a boat. Please don’t call me to tell me what’s wrong with the house. I already know. We just had a baby and we don’t want to mess with it. You probably don’t want to mess with it either. I understand and I don’t blame you. But if you do, I am selling the house WAY below appraisal to fund your project. The house will need a roof, some pier and beam/leveling work, front deck rebuilt or simply removed, back deck rebuilt, and painted in the near future. And some small stuff here and there, some other stuff, and maybe some stuff that I don’t know about. Yes, I know that’s a lot. That is why this is the lowest priced lake house that I’ve seen on Zillow. Finally, I will add, I spent a huge amount of time on this lake as a kid and I lived on it for years as an adult. It is a really good place to be, and the lake always provides you with something to do. This house is off the main highway, has good neighbors, a good view, and a good yard for pets and kids. The house can be turned back into a great home, it just needs someone’s effort (and money) put into it. There aren’t many houses on this lake and they do not come up for sale very often.
