Deck 1: Adirondack chairs and outdoor area rug Deck 2: Umbrella table (seats 4), outdoor area rug, full retractable awning for sun/rain protection, One propane grill. Fire pit - right on the water! Peace and quiet with electric motors ONLY allowed on the lake. There is a public access lake for motor boats 10 min away! Access You will be staying in the back house of this two home property. There are no shared spaces in your rental, you have the back house and deck to yourself. The lower deck of the front house, grilling area, and fire pit are available to all. There is off street parking for up to 4 vehicles. You have access to 2 kayaks and a row boat. Life jackets and fishing poles are provided in the garage. You must obtain a fishing license prior to arrival if you plan on fishing! Other things to note We please ask that you use the water of the house mindfully as we operate on a personal well and all water is kept in a holding tank. There is a general store, restaurant with great take-out, a bank with ATM and a quaint breakfast restaurant just a few miles from our home. We also have an ice cream stand and farm market nearby. We have just renovated the entire house and ask that you treat it like your own. Relax and enjoy the peace of our beautiful lake home! Minimum rental of 1 month- Maximum rental of 12 months. Landlords pay for trash collection and water+ one water pump per stay. If the water needs to be pumped more than once per stay, it will be the renter's cost (usually pumped once a year). Renter is responsible for paying electricity, gas and internet for all stays 6 months+.
