Brick with wood trim, lots of trees in front side and back yard. We are getting rid of the lawn and replacing it with walkable plants, bushes and paths. Neighborhood Description Very quiet area, not a lot of children or teens. Lots of woods in the area. There is a small shopping area close by with mainly eateries in it, the YMCA and the Little Rock Athletic Club. The closest church is Christ the King (Catholic), there is a vet's close by also. Good area for older people and retired folks. The streets are very winding and not safe to park on and can be a lot of fun when we get the occasional ice or snow. The only problems we have had was when we first moved in, we had cars getting on the lawn when it rained a lot; so we planted trees in the front yard and that nonsense has stopped. There is a neighborhood lawn service run by an young man we know for folks who don't like to mow.
