Absoultely no smoking, vaping, or any type of smoking materials allowed. This is a no pet listing. If at some point we agreed on pets, there would be a pet deposit and a maximum of 2 small pets under 30 pounds . As of now this is a no pet home.Tenants pay an extra 100 per month for water ( part of the rent, so rent is 1500) and I send that 100 to water billing. Tenants pay for gas and electric and after the 6 months lease ends we will be month to month basis. Tenants are to maintain the yard, take care of any brush, leaves, grass, overgrown weeds, maintain a basic standard of cleanliness, trash removal etc.
