    What the owner loves about this home
    It is very private it has a private drive situated 1 minute from town of Mullens in walking distance of the new Eazy Stop and 15 minutes from McDonald's and foodlion or the Lester Square shopping center and No neighbors. We intended on turning the church into a small Cafe or old general store but 2 strokes ruined those plans. The Church has a few flooring issues and where no heat or electricity has been in it. There are several issues exist with the church warped panneling flooring needing replaced. Its very big with a rectory great to turn into an apartment.
