Nice, well-maintained home on a large lot in rural setting. Very comfortable and lots of conveniences. The tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn and maintaining the yard. We charge first month, last month, and security deposit. These are all due before move-in. All of our leases are one year and then they automatically convert to month-to-month. We have folks that have continued to rent from us month to month for decades. We believe that once a good renting relationship gets established that it is best for everyone to not force a renewal each year.
