Comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The neighborhood is known for its calm, quiet, and safe atmosphere. It's just a 5-minute drive to downtown Dayton. The house features a fenced in backyard and ample parking space including a garage and driveway. There's also free off-street parking available if needed. The house is fully renovated and includes all utilities, as well as super fast Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen. It's right next to main highways so you always have fast and easy commutes. No smoking allowed in the house. Maximum 3 pets allowed. Maximum 4 adults in the house, maximum a family of 5 members including children is allowed. All utilities are included, fully furnished. If you'd like to bring your own furniture or have your own bed or dining room table, just let us know and we can remove what isn't needed. Renter is responsible for sow removal, and lawn management. Utilities included. 12 month lease. Must provide a one time fee of $25 for each pet that stays in the home.
