Failure to comply with trash disposal instructions by placing the bin out by 6 AM on Monday for Sunday night reservations may result in a fine. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
