This is a non-smoking non-vaping property inside and on deck that join the house. This is not a "party" house - it is a peaceful neighborhood with retired and working neighbors in adjoining properties.
For the minimum lease, the refundable security deposit is $500, for the maximum lease the refundable security deposit is $1,000. Rentals longer than 6 months require $2200 refundable security deposit.
Note that this lake property is on a septic system - so it is sensitive. No tampons, wipes, or paper products other than toilet paper are allowed in the commodes.
Tenant agrees to allow maintenace and/or repair services to enter the house or for outdoor work with a notification from the owner. For example: (heat-pump checks, pest control, dock maintenace, yard maintance, etc).
Tenant agrees to change the filters on the heat pump (filters provided by owner).
Garbage pick up is Thursdays at the top of the driveway on Gammon Road.
