They include a fabulous clubhouse with pool, hot tub, hiking trails, parks, and Thursday evening farmer's market, Wednesday food trucks all around the corner from a prime location in the neighborhood. There are trails galore!! Free bike checkouts at the HUB as well. If you are a traveler, you will enjoy Yosemite 50 minutes away, Bass lake 40 minutes, etc. SUPER EASY ACCESS down 41 to ALL hospitals - Valley Children's (10 minutes); St. Agnes (15 minutes); Clovis Community and Fresno Community (20 Minutes) This is the PERFECT Home Away from Home. Utilities/Internet covered (just be respectful of use and turn things off when not in use please).
