The apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor), very quiet, and has an elevator. South-facing unit with excellent natural lighting. Gated access and parking garage the community is very safe. The apartment has air conditioning (rare in Portland, as most apartments only have heating). Amenities include a gym, billiards room, and swimming pool. Rent: Between 1,600 1,800$ (final price to be confirmed when signing the lease with the leasing office). This is not a sublease you will sign a new lease directly with the rental company. If you are interested and sign a lease with the office, I am willing to offer bonus.
