The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, a gas stove, dishwasher, and a wine refrigerator. There is also a bedroom on the second floor with vaulted ceilings that can fit a king bed or multiple bunk beds. There is a full bathroom that was remodeled only 2 months ago. There are 2 shaded balconies on the second floor - one facing the back of the property and one facing the front. The front facing patio has a motorized retractable awning with room for an outdoor dining table seating, perfect for breakfast or dinner, if the weather permits. It’s also perfect spot to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. The master suite is the entire 3rd floor With a seating area that includes a gas fireplace and a shaded balcony. The master bath has both jetted tub and a shower. The third story also has a large walk-in closet with a small attic space where the newly replaced, 2 year-old, gas air handler sits. The attached garage is big enough to hold a mid-sized car and a work bench. It is also perfect to store the kayaks and the rest of the beach equipment. We used a “Rolez” cart to roll the stuff to the beach. After a long day at the beach, hang out in the private front yard at the picnic table and seating area, rinse off your feet using the foot shower in the front, or the outdoor shower in the back. The condo is located in a mixed residential and restaurant area on the Chesapeake Bay which offers a unique small-town beach vibe different from that of the Atlantic side Virginia Beach. There are multiple restaurants to choose from: a pizzeria, Italian restaurant, and a small pub, the Green Parrot, within 100 yards of the house. 3 blocks away, we have HK on the Bay, and an on the water fish restaurant called Buoy 44. A little further away, about a 15 minutes walk, we have one of the best breweries in Virginia Beach. Commonwealth Brewery features outdoor and indoor seating in our old, brewery converted, fire station building. Most of the time on the weekends there are awesome food trucks outside! We are selling this as "For sale by owner" but we do offer 2% buyer's agent commission. The seller is represented by Thompson Law Group.
