On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay. PONTOON INCLUDED (during season) 20' Odyssey pontoon with 40HP motor on covered lift with power winch. If pontoon is inoperable for repairs or otherwise, rental rate can be discounted by $50.00/day (unless damaged by renter). BOAT LIFT INCLUDED (during season) A boat lift is also available with power winch, limited to max 2,500 pound boat/motor/gear/persons. OTTER TAIL COUNTY VHR NOISE ORDINANCE Quiet hours are from10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc. No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc. Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement Please help us show respect to our neighbors and ensure we can continue to offer this exceptional property to future guests!
