Caretaker; no rent, possibly help with utilities.. Lovely rustic mountain 3 bedroom home on 90 acres of land, last house on the road, very peaceful and quiet. I live here, but travel a lot so renter would have house to themselves most of the time, Wood and propane heat, good to be experienced with wood fires. It's a rustic house but very comfortable, not a clean slate condo, it's lived in, lots of space, great kitchen, pond, back deck, BBQ, Fireplace, hardwood floors, exposed hand hewn beams, lovely views of mountains and open fields. Great fiber-optic internet, great place for a work at home independent person. I travel for long periods of time. Cats ok (we have two) no dogs. Utilities are negotiable.
