If utility bills are excessive, totaling more than an average of $400/month for total of all utilities together, the excess will be paid by the tenant(s). Option to reduce rent by $100/month, if a tenant would like to complete lawncare and driveway/sidewalk/outside stairways for snow maintenance. Subject to credit and background check, completed by Accurate Credit Bureau, $65 fee to be paid by applicant. This is a month-to-month rental with a 30-day move-out notification from the tenant. If the tenant would like to stay after the 30-day term, landlord has the right to accept or refuse an extension. Tenant insurance is required to cover for personal belongings and liability.
