There will be no stove or cooking oven in the guest quarter when you move in. Inside has fresh paint and is guaranteed to be housekeeper clean. The main room is cozy with a fireplace and wood flooring. There is a bedroom with mirrored closet doors and a built in dresser, a bathroom with a newer stand up large shower stall, and a small office/storage area. Property can easily accommodate your RV or boat , however we are on a gravel driveway. The owner added a covered carport for 2 car parking. There is a caged Dog Run in the back that can easily be freshened up by you and used. This is a rustic and private area. Month to month agreement. Small pets under 35 pounds only please. No smoking.
