We have a covered private 2-car garage, and a sunset-facing patio with beautiful Russian sage and honeysuckle (and lighting for outdoor evening get togethers). The patio has a grill already hooked up to our natural gas, and a fence so dogs can stretch their legs and lounge outside. Material improvements we've made to our home vs our neighbors: a vertical patio fence extension for extra privacy and noise reduction; solar panels for eco-friendly electricity usage; hanging overhead garage storage; and two extra wardrobes / closets installed in the master bedroom and the shared upstairs hallway. Our neighborhood's development is a new build (2021). The house is protected by an ADT home security system, and features central heat and A/C with a smart thermostat, brand new gas stove and oven and other appliances, and 1GB Internet. Available for 6 - 12 month leases starting January 10, 2025 at earliest. Tenant pays for: internet, water, gas Owner pays for: electric, sewer, trash/recycling pickup, and ADT security system 6 - 12 month leases, with month-to-month available at end of initial lease term. Security deposit equal to half of one month's rent is required ($1450), refundable upon move-out less any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Extra $50/month fee per dog or cat in the home. $500 non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or otherwise) inside the home; outside on the patio is allowed.
