You can be in downtown Cleveland in under 20 minutes, several large hospitals under 20 minutes (Jacobs, Downtown, Fairview, Lutheran, St. John's) AND if you want public transportation it's right on the bus line! This modern and spacious 1200 sq foot apartment available for short-term, month-to-month or 12 month rental. Fully furnished with all utilities, satellite TV, ultra high speed internet and WiFi included. Perfect for the executive, traveling doctor or nurse or tourist requiring longer visits where a hotel would be undesirable. It also has limited stairs and some disability friendly amenities (large walk in shower, grab bars in bathroom) making it a great option for someone with limited mobility. Perhaps an alternative to a retirement community- full privacy and independence with the security of knowing help is available just steps away if it was ever needed ( my own mother-in-law used to live here). This apartment suite comprises one wing of a private home in suburban Bay Village, has private entrance with keyless entry, as well as a private door to pool, backyard, deck with outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and outdoor covered entertaining space. Garage parking is available, but there is also ample street and driveway space. There is a cooks kitchen with a full compliment of modern appliances, quartz countertops and new tile backsplash, a kitchen island with stools and an expandable kitchen table for guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking essentials, flatware, soda stream, coffee maker, toaster, and pretty much anything your heart desires. If you need it and it isn't there, just ask - if it's within reason, I'll make it happen. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, two large his and hers closets and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has recently been fully remodeled with tiled walk in spa shower including rain shower, handheld, and body jets, lighted mirror, heated tile floors, and a heated towel bar. High quality bath and bed linens are included and will be washed biweekly. Washer and dryer are shared, and tenant is welcome to use them at his/her convenience or laundry service can be requested from yours truly. There is a comfortable living space with couch, chairs, and a desk workspace. Flat panel TV, Surround sound system, Blue Ray player, and Apple TV. There are two amazon echos in the apartment. The apartment has its own independently controlled thermostat ( heat and AC), a fireplace, and two ceiling fans: in the living room and bedroom. In addition to all basic utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, gas, garbage) , the apartment includes complimentary ultra high speed internet access with WiFi, Dish network TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. And finally, tenants are invited to use the heated pool with slide (seasonal) and outdoor spaces- including fireplace, fire pit, outdoor seating and eating areas and grills, basketball hoop, or explore the large, fenced 1-acre wooded lot. This apartment is private, but it is attached to my personal residence. I have two young children, two dogs and several cats that roam the property ( none have access to the apartment). They are all very friendly and generally quiet. We are social but respectful people. I'm around to help or just share a glass of wine and talk about your day, or you can maintain your solitude. The neighborhood is quiet, extremely safe, and the little ones go to bed at 8- so crickets and owls are what is likely to lull you to sleep! And if that doesn't work just ask your bedside Alexa to play you some ocean sounds or white noise... NO CATS (sorry, there just isn't a good space for a litterbox, and they cause too much damage when there is a problem). Smaller dogs considered with one month rental pet deposit, and pet interview. Who is this apartment perfect for? YOU!! Just Kidding .... This place is really best for a single, although it could work for a couple. I think is is most appropriate for a temporary worker who wants something furnished that feels more like a home than a hotel, but still has a concierge touch. Or an older individual looking to downsize from a home to a smaller, maintenance-free residence while still keeping the feeling of a home. This could even work out great if you are looking to find a place for a parent or family member who needs a little extra looking after.
