The Griffin is a 1/4 mile to the top of the Stowe Rec Path, which offers year-round recreation, access to world class mountain biking , access to the Stowe Farmers Market and the Historic Village. The house is equipped with an ERV, radiant heat on two levels and and Energy Star appliances. This is more than epic!! Can be rented furnish short term. Owner pays for heat, water/sewer.
