Pictures coming soon! This is a good home for a large family. I can leave 2 beds in two of the bedrooms if you want. I can also leave a washer-dryer, fridge, and surveillance system if wanted. This home has been in our family for over 30 years. Since it has been in a probate situation for 11 years, and it looks like it may be another year or two before it is resolved. Because of this, it has some deferred maintenance so thus the reduced rent. I have 3 room air conditioners which keeps most of the house cool in the summer, but the central a/c is not working. The central heat however works great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with good friendly neighbors. Because of all the scams out there, all adult members of the household must have a credit rating of 720 or better, have a household income 4x the rental amount, and have no criminal record. Renter must keep up the front and rear lawn. If approved beforehand by me, home improvements can be negotiated to reduce the rent. No more than 6 people may permanently live in the house at one time. Six month lease and month to month thereafter.
