    I feel like there was way too many issues with our home after we moved in. The day we moved in We had to ask Scott to get a plumber out to fix our toilet it was moving and the caulking around it was very messy. A few days later we had to ask Scott to have the plumber out again for our other toilet it was leaking. Thankfully this plumber was able to fix the issue. We had to have a lot of painting corrected. Our garage had globs of caulking all around the parameter of the garage that we had to get fixed. It really is a shame that the houses are not inspected carefully for issues like this before closing day. Several neighbors have said they had lots of issues as well.
