It is located in the North Cascade Range foothills, and four miles north of Concrete, Washington. The level of the 55-acre lake is approximately 900 feet above sea level, and is in the lowest section of a basin, which is surrounded on the northeast and south by slopes cresting 200 to 250 feet above the lake. The majority of individual deeded sites are circles of either 50' or 60' in diameter. There are also a number of rectangle size lots of different sizes as well as some pie-shaped lots. All lots should handle the largest RV's, although some may not be as accessible as others. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purchase and Title You may purchase a fee-simple interest in the land by cash or installment sale. In both cases, a statutory warranty deed will be issued to you normally within 30 days from the signing of the contract. There are terms available on the remaining inventory lots, and the Lands-West Sales Office will provide financing. There are also a number of resale properties available which include some bare lots, or many with varying degrees of improvements. Many have room additions, decks, roof covers, storage sheds, fire pits, and landscaping. Most purchases of resale properties will require the buyer to obtain their own financing. However, there are some cases where owner financing is available.
