Despite this convenient location Casa Sunshine is in a quiet neighborhood three streets north of the Cape Coral Parkway, which gives you access to the easterly downtown Cape Coral area with an impressive variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. Living Room: The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, and a flat-screen TV. The large all-weather Florida Room with its two fully windowed outside walls is an additional bonus that gives you extra indoor/outdoor dining space. Kitchen/Dining Room: A fully equipped kitchen is smaller in size but offers all necessary appliances and utensils. Right next to the kitchen is a breakfast table with chairs. For a formal dinner, there is a dining table with six chairs available. The attached bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a single-sink vanity. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms, which share the second bath, are in the opposite area. They share the guest bathroom, which offers a shower and single-sink vanity. Pool/Lanai: The southern exposure electric heated pool and a table with six chairs, loungers and a gas grill make the spacious, newly renovated lanai a fantastic place for outdoor living - the Florida style. The rear property features a high fence for increased privacy. Casa Sunshine is perfect for the vacationer who prefers a peaceful atmosphere and loves to relax in private.
