I have a spacious private room for rent in my basement with its own bathroom, living room, and private entrance through a gate on the side of the garage. There is access to the backyard as well. There is a closet inside the room with more storage space in the garage if needed. There is on-street parking or an available driveway space. Laundry machines are shared with me and my family which can be accessed from the door to the basement area. We do not allow parties or loud music. No alcohol or smoking on any kind. There is a refrigerator in the garage by the door to the basement to store any refrigerator items and there is a cabinet in the basement area for any dry goods. Main kitchen of the house is shared and available for cooking. My wife might be available for cooking for a little more added to the rent amount. Background and credit checks will help conducted upon submission of rental application. Security deposit and first months rent will be required upon signing. Military preferred but open to anyone. Technically there are no roommates in the basement area. We are a young family with a 16 y/o and a 5 y/o. Both kids are in school during the day. I am active duty military. My wife does not currently work.
