We are renting/subletting our beautiful, one-of-a-kind home on 3/4 acre in the incredible Holiday Lake Community. It includes access to the one and only Holiday Lake with fishing, nature walks, paddle boarding and bike riding. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a library/music room, a seasonal creek, two incredible patios and a full basement with ping pong table and arts/crafts area. There is a truly remarkable fireplace in the living room, the centerpiece of the home. There is also a great RV on the property with a queen bed and 4 bunks that you can use as guest quarters. This could be the perfect situation for a large family or a multi-generational living situation. We are moving out of the country for 2023 and are looking for reliable people who want an incredible, unique home for the year. We are renting well below the Zillow estimate or what we could get with short term rentals because we are hoping to find great renters who will love the home like we do. In our perfect scenario you would take the home fully furnished, but we can also rent it partially furnished, or work with you to figure out the right situation. While the home is great, the best thing about it is definitely the community. Our kids run and bike around the lake all day, and when it is warm swim and paddleboard (you'd have access to our paddle boards). There are great people here, the cute little gold country towns are all close by, but Sacramento is only 30 minutes drive, and Folsom and Placerville are 10 minutes away too. We are looking for a renter from January 17, 2023- December 20, 2023 with some flexibility. We will be living out of the country during that time. The home is currently fully furnished. You can either rent it as fully or partially furnished, which we can work out with you. We will pay for water and trash, the renter pays other utilities.
