Kitchenette with two-burner induction range-top and toaster oven, spacious refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishes and linens, no dishwasher. Fully furnished with fold-down futon couch, dining table and chairs, and room to add your own bed if desired. Good closet space and storage in the loft over the custom-tiled bathroom. Even the shower has a phenomenal view! Private entrance is accessible by 8 stairs from the driveway to the patio and and 10 landscaped stairs from the patio to the private deck and door. There is ONE parking spot with this unit and no on-street parking. Mini-split AC and heat unit, double insulated casement windows to let in the wonderful afternoon breeze, fire sprinklers. Laundry facilities are in an outdoor enclosure to be shared with our main house tenants. The machines are free; respectful use expected. Gas grill available. Main house is right next door but there is wonderful privacy inside the ADU. We seek mature, responsible, courteous tenants of any age who will respect and enjoy our property.
