Its a small ranch 36 x 24 and was built in 2007 but was renovated in 2010. I purchased it in 2011 and I built a 30 x 36 2 car garage with a 13 x 30 workshop and a 14 x 36 upstairs. There is electricity through out the garage and LED lights installed in the ceilings. The workshop has been insulated and OSB walls and painted except for the ceiling. I plan on finishing spring of 2022. It has a nice back yard with a fire pit and a 10 x 10 shed. It is has baseboard propane heat and the workshop has its own propane heat as well.
