This is classified as a land sale due to the age of the small farmhouse. I remodeled it in 2012 but the floor has some issues even though I had it leveled last summer. Since many of these bamboo varieties reach greater than 3 inches in diameter, they produce a substantial amount of edible bamboo shoots in the spring. I can harvest over 100 pounds of shoots in about 15 minutes. They are delicious! There's a bamboo lined rock driveway from Hwy 69 all the way to the house, though there's also 2 entrances on Marshall Ivy Road. There's also a 2nd asphalt/culvert entrance on Hwy 69.
