    The Sales area of LGI could definitely improve. They dont communicate well and they are not honest about timelines. They could at least over estimate to the buyer. They really never provide helpful information. I honestly dont see what they are supposed to do. They didnt even show me the house. They gave me a key and told me i could help myself to go look at it on my own. My salesperson would send me pics with tacky captions of how much its worth and how much money I am making on it. NOT A GOOD STRATEGY. SHe was a HORRIBLE communicator. SHe is not SALES person quality at all. She would call me months before the house was started and ask if i had questions and then when it came down to the wire and the important timeframes , she never called or answer calls and if she texted she would feed me lies about timelines on when the house would be done. Then when house was done the builders left tools and trash in my house. Someone mustve taken a piss in my new home bathroom and got piss on my new toilet. The LGI so called construction manager lied alot to. He said some things would be done by end of the day of my closing and only had half of the things done about 2 weeks later. They didnt power wash my drive way. Lots of blue tape that never was given attention. Overall the experience with LGI was NOT favorable. Sales manager did nothing to make it better even after me and my realtor complained our concerns and frustrations. The home is fine for now. I do hear a couple of things around the house that need to get checked out. The quality of the Sales and Construction could be better. They always mention that they were in training, and i m like what training! They are using or its not relevant to the buying process. I would caution buyers if they go with LGI. My options were limited so I went with them. I am sure there are better builders who treat the buyers better.
