'The Vinton' is on the intersection of South Eagleville and 32, and North Eagleville is about a tenth of a mile away. You can get to either end of campus in about 5 minutes - three if you push it. *All the utilities (electricity, water, heat, WiFi, garbage, etc.) are all included in the rent* On the first floor, there is a sunroom, family room with a TV and surround sound, a dining room perfect for a pong table, a sunroom/gym, an office, the kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and the laundry room. The second floor holds three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has two closets and a walk-out roof deck. One of the other rooms has a closet and an additional 350 sq. ft storage space, and the last bedroom just has a normal closet. The third floor has two more offices with closets, and another full bathroom. Outside, there is a 2-acre yard, abutting a river with a fire pit and chairs. It's very calming, making this a great option for anyone who is stressed out by schoolwork or just kind of life in general. There are wood floors through the whole house, which were all just re-done.
