The kitchen has granite countertops, a full size range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door and a kitchen table with 4 chairs. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. There is a private back deck complete with lounge chairs, a table and propane grill along with string lighting. There is a covered parking area in front of the home. This is a no smoking/no pets home so it smells nice and fresh and clean! Utilities (water, sewer, electricity, and internet) are included in the monthly price. Water comes from our well so it is free from city water chemicals. We do have a yard cat and some chickens on the property so you might hear some domestic animal noise at times in addition to crickets, frogs, and a multitude of wild bird noises. This is an ideal rental for traveling health care professionals (there are 4 major hospitals all within about a 30 minute drive) or other employees on short term assignments to our area. Location is not child friendly due to farm equipment on property. I require proof of employment and proof of income along with a good rental history and a credit score of at least 680. 2 grocery stores (Publix, Lowes Foods) located within about 4 miles. Sonic, Arby's, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Little Caesars, Jersey Mike's, Zaxbys, Subway are within about 4 miles of this home. A new Target is being constructed about 2 miles from here. I require a $1000 security deposit and first month's rent payment prior to move in day.
