    I did not like how pushy the sales manager was first, especially because he could not give us the contact information for Stanley Martin’s lender. I also did not like the lender chosen by Stanley Martin she was incredibly rude and was not responsive. I did like the person that did my closing walk throughs he was very thoughtful and kind. He also took his time to explain all of the warranties and parts of the house that I needed to know about during the orientation.
