All of the homes are well built, with ample lot size and are well maintained. We find the neighbors within the subdivision to be courteous and friendly. We chose this home because: It’s a beautifully designed home with good exterior visual appeal. It is a well constructed with quality finish work and detail. We especially like the open floor plan. The house is nicely positioned on the lot with a beautifully landscaped front and back yard. The home provides an ideal vantage point to view spectacular sunsets.
