Pet Policy -Maximum of 2 pets allowed (cats or dogs only, unless otherwise approved in writing) -Breed and size restrictions apply (no aggressive breeds; weight limit: 60lbs) -Pet Deposit: $250 per pet due upon signing of the lease.
