There is a large shared kitchen available, and tenants can keep a microwave, small fridge, and hotplate in their room if desired. Units can go quickly, so please come see The Huntley House today! INTERIOR UNIT/S IN MAIN HOUSE: * Studio (#4) at front of house - $625. This sunny studio has high ceilings and large windows, fresh paint & new blinds. It is located at the front of the house and is close to the shared kitchen. It shares the hallway full bathroom with the tenant in unit #3. Use the main door key from lock-box; the unit door is open, so no key is required. EXTERIOR UNITS, NOT IN MAIN HOUSE: * 4-Room Suite - $999/month - This unit is on the lower left exterior of the house, white door. It is not part of the main house. Private exterior entrance, 4 rooms in 1 suite, 1 bathroom. Shared kitchen in the main house. Each room has its own sink & lock on the door. One room could be used as a bedroom, kitchenette, storage area, or common area. Large kitchen in the main house available for use. * This unit can also be used as a business office or storage * QUALIFICATIONS: Credit score 620+, income 2.5+ times the rent, and a favorable landlord reference. No animals and no smoking allowed. 6-month and 1-year leases are available on certain units. Utilities additional to rent: $75 for studio/1BR units & $150 for the 4-room unit. The utilities that are covered with the utility fee are Power, Water, Trash, and Sewer. APPLICATIONS PROVIDED AFTER VIEWING PROPERTY IN PERSON. SHOWINGS: To schedule a showing, go to the zllow website, click the blue link "Request a Tour" icon, complete the Renter Profile page, then click the blue "Done" icon at the bottom. A lockbox code will be emailed/texted to you. LOCKBOX: The black "Code Box" is located on the black metal staircase behind the house. There's also a main house key for viewing the main house units/kitchen. (Please do not disturb current residents.) When done, lock doors, put key/s back in lockbox. LOCKBOX INSTRUCTIONS: Get your code from the automated system (either via email or text). Enter your code, press the Enter button, gently push & release the face panel to obtain keys. Remember to lock doors, turn off lights, and return keys to the lockbox when done. MAIN/FRONT DOOR LOCK INSTRUCTIONS: To unlock/enter the front main door: Turn the swivel lock to an upright position. Place the key into the key slot. Push the key in and hold it in while turning the lock counterclockwise about 3 rotations. It should make a couple of clicking noises, then stop spinning. Once it stops, turn the lock with your hand counterclockwise. It will unlock. Turn the door handle counterclockwise to open door. Phone calls/texts will be returned Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
