It's a small place but it is packed full of charm.The property is in 2 lots that total just under 1/4 acre. A tributary of Mill Creek flows through the rear of the property. At this elevation, it is nearly year round in many years. The whole environment gives you the feel of a cabin property, but, instead, there is an older 1973 2br2ba manufactured home with 1,120sqft that is in pretty good condition... not fancy but nicely maintained. There is also a nice 2 car sized garage and additional storage buildings plus a really neat natural rock fish pond in the backyard area. The back yard is fenced front the front and is a great place to just kick back and relax. Like I said, this is a neat place to just get way.Negatives- Elevation is about 3,500 feet so you will get some winter snow on occasions. The road up to Miramonte is paved and well maintained but is very curvy, not a road you are going to speed on, but fun if you have a motorcycle. The property is very small, but everything you need is there and you do have a nice sense of privacy.This is a really cute place and you certainly can't beat the price. It is, however, a cash only purchase.
