This home has been remodeled in the last 5 years, with tile flooring, tile counter tops and full backsplash, stainless steel appliances. 5 ton A/C unit was installed at that time also. The roof was installed in 2005, There is a fireplace, 4 bedroom, 2 3/4 bath...Covered patio on a cul-de-sac street... Very nice home! Will not last at this price!!
