This house is great!! The interior is in great shape. Carpet, hardwood floors, paint, and fixtures only a couple years old. The inside of this house is comfortable and cozy! New AC for next summer. Big garage with work benches & Shelves. Fenced in backyard. Pets or dogs okay with extra security fee. Very quiet & private neighborhood with beautiful tree's and landscaping throughout the community. This is a perfect small house for a young couple, or great for a family with kids! I am flexible with deposit for the right tenant. You can also count on receiving your entire deposit back pretty much no matter what. Albeit some huge unforseen even I am not worried about any of the small stuff. I am the best, most chill landlord you could ask for!
