This is a 2 bedroom house. 1 Bedroom is available for rent on the first floor, I (the owner) live on the second floor. All amenities are included in the price: Internet, Washer & Dryer, Propane Heating, Off-Street Parking, large porch & yard, with a shed for storage. Great location, with a beautiful 6-minute downhill drive to Athens, OH. The house is furnished for the most part, but we will certainly accommodate new furniture. Pets allowed, as long as I meet them and everything seems to be a fit (litter box must be kept in the basement or in the tenant's room, no additional deposit required for pets). I am non-discriminatory and accepting of all lifestyles. Though the kitchen and living room are shared spaces, I am generally quiet, keeping to myself upstairs. *If the room has two occupants, the rent will be $900/mo, just to cover the additional Water, Heat, Electricity, and Internet (since the utilities are included in the rent). Lease term would be for 1 year (12 months) there could possibly be a little wiggle room on that length in either direction but no short-term tenants, please.
