Private room that is fully furnished available in a clean, well-kept 3 bed / 2 bath duplex located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. All tenants are male. You'll have full access to the kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room and a spacious backyard that's perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The location is hard to beat just minutes from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. The home is shared with three friendly, well-behaved dogs, so you should be comfortable around pets. Because we already have three dogs, we're not able to accommodate any additional dogs at this time. We're looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate who will be a good fit for the house.
