The landscaping was custom designed by C&H Landscaping in 2023, and is primarily Xeriscape with a small lawn in the back. The backyard contains a gas firepit, and three raised garden beds for planting. The yard has an irrigation system with drip feeders for the plants and beds, and sprinklers for the lawn. We will consider pets with additional deposit, depending on size, type and quantity of pets. Available Aug 1. No smoking permitted. Tenant is responsible for these utilities: electric, trash, internet, water. Landlord requires sprinkler use and landscape maintenance to maintain custom landscaping (small yard for mowing, leaf cleanup). City of Denver requires snow shoveling of sidewalk in front of home. A year's lease is required, with references, background check and deposit. Four garaged spaces available and plentiful, safe street parking.
