You will need to fill out an application on Zillow (this is for each adult moving in) before doing a tour to see if you qualify, it's a screening process that includes a background check, income/employment verification (current paystubs for last 3 months), W2 employee, credit check, housing history and references (2 years to current), no evictions. We do look at debt to income ratio as well. Once you meet the criteria and complete an application, we would love to give you a tour but does require planning on our part as well since it's an owner managed property and due to work schedules.
The application fee is through Zillow and you're able to apply to other properties on Zillow as well for 30 days, please look at date it's available before applying. Will not respond to I would like to schedule a tour without any other communication.
For the security deposit and mortgage payments you will need to have a checking account that connects to Zelle.

We DO NOT allow pets of any kind due to allergies/ furniture, smoking and vaping is not permitted. We manage the property ourselves.
We do require the security deposit due at signing of the lease prior to move in, a letter from utilities, renter's insurance, and trash company to verify services in your name, and then the first month's rent is due the day before move in. We are looking for clean, respectful, tenants.
