We do look at debt to income ratio as well. Once you meet the criteria and complete an application, we would love to give you a tour but does require planning on our part as well since it's an owner managed property and due to work schedules. The application fee is through Zillow and you're able to apply to other properties on Zillow as well for 30 days, please look at date it's available before applying.
