Cabin upgrades: The former owners updated the cabin with new wiring and copper pipes. In 2011 the kitchen was upgraded with all new, higher end appliances including an AGA Pro five burner propane stove with convection oven and a Samsung 18 cuft French door refrigerator, Crosby dishwasher, 1940s vintage cast iron farmhouse sideboard sink, porcelain brick flooring and granite counter tops. In 2013 the bathroom was moved away from the kitchen and totally remodeled with hand tiled frameless shower, rustic tile flooring and antique dresser vanity. A new front door installed in 2015 and in 2016 an add-on shed was built for extra storage space; in 2016 an attractive, rustic workshop with barn doors, was added to the backyard property; in 2017 all new brick pavers were laid to create a new, enlarged front porch, front walkway, back patio, and back yard, extending the brick all of the way to the workshop and firepit. In 2018, a pergola was added to create a small outdoor entertainment area with outdoor lights. And with outdoor lights in the fruit trees and warm, variegated colored bricks on the ground, it makes for an inviting area for alfresco dining. In 2020, new laundry room flooring was installed as well as five new double insulated windows in the back of the cabin. In 2021 a horse fence was installed on both sides of the workshop to enclose the backyard entertainment area. And in January 2022, a new asphalt, shingle roof replaced all the old layers of asphalt shingles.
