Renting my wonderful home in Grosse Pointe Farms. I have put a lot of love and care into this place. The property is well kept and functional. The home is in a beautiful area with friendly neighbors. Everything is within walking distance. You also get a park pass to enter Pier Park, which is for Grosse Pointe Farms residents only. The area has lots of amenities, including three hospitals, waterfront a few blocks away, private dog park, a great grocery store called Village Market just a few blocks away, Ace's Hardware, a plant nursery, CVS, USPS, urgent care, lots of restaurants along Mack and much more in the downtown Grosse Pointes. The home comes with all the appliances; including a gas range stove, modern gas dryer and washing machine (not in the pictures), lots of storage space, new central heat and AC (with an Eco-Bee thermostat), all LED light fixtures, four skylights, relaxing garden, all the yard tools, Xfinity internet hookup-ready and a SimpliSafe security system (three cameras, window, smoke and flood sensors). There is enough room to park a sedan in the insulated garage, two cars in the driveway and street parking.
