What the owner loves about this home
Views and location. Ten minutes to Hudson or Kinderhook, just about an hour to Saratoga, Woodstock or Tanglewood, half an hour to Albany. About forty five minutes to Poughkeepsie or Wassaic. Two excellent sources of internet available. This well has the best water, ever. Just a little hard, but that makes it taste great, and actually rinses the soap off. We have never considered a water softener. So far, have never come close to running it dry, even when a hose splits and runs for days...
