    Two acres of scenic farmland bordering the Mead Wildlife Preserve. The road is fairly secluded with only a few neighboring homes. A public snowmobile trail borders the land and goes into the Preserve.The house is partly an original log cabin. Structurally sound, but needs work. A fixer-upper, with loads of potential, but could quickly be made livable with some cleaning, paint and flooring. Has a nice horse pasture, lots of trees and garden space. Because I live out of state, being a landlord has become too much trouble, and another family member is deceased.
