One time cleaning fee upon move out of $150.00 Applicants are screened based on verifiable income/employment, credit history, rental history, landlord references, and information provided through the application process. Generally, gross income of approximately 3x the monthly rent and a credit score around 700 or higher are preferred. Screening also considers satisfactory rental history, including payment history, care of the rental property, compliance with lease terms and property rules, and cooperation with reasonable application and verification requirements. Unsatisfactory references, significant prior lease violations or property damage, or information that cannot be satisfactorily verified may result in denial.
