River , great front yard with shade trees, easy to mow, the grounds in the back gently slope and then back up inside an old fence, great place to enjoy your hobbies, pets, could clear for your horses, etc. 3bed/1.5 baths, laminate flooring in some rooms with carpet, patio doors leading from dining area onto 20'X15'deck, great environment for your children to play. A very quite dead end road. Brand new central heat and air unit put in August 2014. Brand hot water heater put in in January 2014. The roof is only 5 years old. Only reason we are selling is because we have found our dream home.
