Connecting door between apartments, always locked. Tenant has key as does owner. Owner abides by landlord/tenant rules of NM. SPACE RENTED UNTIL 15 JUNE. SO I WILL HAVE TO LET TENANT KNOW BEFORE ENTERING SPACE. I WILL LOAD MORE FOTOS AFTER HE CLEANS UP. The apt has 2 minisplits for cool and heat. Owner lives in other half of house. Utilities calculated when bills come in. Owner pays more water b/c of watering property. History of utility payments available. No smokers, min or no alcohol, SINGLE PERSON. I want a renter who is concerned about the planet, recycles, understands these concepts and already lives this way. I am an elder, and am looking for someone who could/would be willing to help me when needed for reduced rent. (using calculated hourly wage for helping).
